The 2012 PV Run will be Saturday, July 7th
with the depart time from Tom Lovejoy’s house 10 AM. You are welcome to show up anytime before that. We will do about 45 miles around
the peninsula and git lunch at Taxco Mexican
restaurant, with a possible surprise stop to look at some rare machines in a
private collection or two on the hill. We will take in the curves of PV drive East and run right along the cliffs overlooking the Pacific
and run down along the beaches of the South Bay before we turn back to my
place. We will have donuts and coffee and some cold drinks at the house. Lot's of stop and go and sometimes the traffic can git abit heavy in some areas,
practice your clutch work if that kind of thing bothers your machine, or you.
Might could use a
rescue truck this year, as our usual is planning on being back in the saddle of
an antique, right on. Besides - what could go wrong right? We never say that
around here :-) If you show and brake
down, I will git you home one way or the other.
